My website focuses on business owners because that's where I see the biggest gap in traditional wealth management—advisors who understand that your business IS your financial plan, not something separate from it.
That said, I work with pre-retirees, executives, and retirees as well. If you're looking for integrated financial planning that connects all the pieces of your financial life (not just your investment accounts), let's talk.
Absolutely. While business owners are my specialty, I work with anyone who wants comprehensive financial planning and a collaborative partnership. Pre-retirees navigating the transition, executives managing equity compensation, and retirees optimizing distributions—all of these situations benefit from the same integrated approach.
I use a transparent flat-fee model based on the complexity of your situation, not the size of your portfolio. This means you know exactly what you're paying upfront, and there are no surprises as your assets grow.
I offer three options:
- Standalone Financial Planning ($4,000) - A comprehensive plan with 90 days of post-delivery support
- Standard Ongoing Service ($6,000 annually) - Comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and quarterly reviews
- Premier Ongoing Service ($12,000 annually) - Everything in Standard plus advanced tax planning, business owner support, and life event planning
For complete details on services and fees, you can review my ADV Part 2A brochure. We'll also discuss together which option makes sense during our initial conversation.
We'll start with a complimentary discovery call—usually 20-30 minutes—to discuss your situation, your goals, and whether we're a good fit. No sales pitch, just a conversation to see if it makes sense to work together.
If we both think it's a fit, we'll move into a deeper discovery process where I learn about your full financial picture (business, personal, goals, concerns) and create an integrated plan.
Standard clients have four scheduled review meetings per year, plus unlimited email access between meetings. Premier clients get those same meetings plus a dedicated Q4 tax planning session.
However, I'm not rigid about the schedule. If something changes in your business or personal life, we meet. If the market does something unexpected, we’ll talk. The goal is proactive guidance that you find valuable, not checking a box four times a year.
In addition to our regular review sessions, we want to update your plan at least annually—to ensure it remains aligned with life changes, economic shifts, and your long-term goals.
No. My flat-fee model means I can work with clients based on complexity, not assets. A business owner with $200K in investments and $500K in business value is a great fit. So is a retiree with $2M in their portfolios but a more straightforward situation. What matters most is whether the services I provide give you the value you need.
I participate in ongoing education through my CFP® and CEPA® certification requirements, work with a compliance consultant for regulatory updates, and stay connected with industry developments through professional networks. More importantly, I teach personal finance at the local community college—teaching forces me to stay sharp and keep learning!
I loved the work—helping people navigate complex financial decisions is what drew me to this profession in the first place. But after 20+ years, I wanted the opportunity to build something different: a practice built on accessibility, transparency, and simplicity rather than asset minimums and complicated products.
Starting Cresscila gave me the chance to work with the clients I want to serve—business owners, pre-retirees, and people who've been underserved by traditional wealth management—and to provide great advice to more people, not just a wealthy few.
The flat-fee model, the integrated approach, the community teaching—these aren't things I could have built inside a big firm. Now I get to do the work I love on terms that actually serve clients well.
It's a scramble of my two daughters' names-my family is important and they all inspire me to be better. I also think of it like a chrysalis—that transformative stage where a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. That's the work we do together: transforming your business success into financial security, complexity into clarity, and "someday" into an actual plan.
